Pohnpei Consumers Organization aims to:

establish DPOs in each of the four states in the FSM
provide needed training for each DPO
improve participation and advocacy of the DPO membership toward ratification of the CRPD in the FSM
empower people living in FSM to protect and promote their natural rights, civil rights and legal rights
